We sources and recruits skilled and unskilled workers based on the requirements of foreign employers. This includes screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates that meet the job specifications and legal requirements of the destination country.
Processing and Documentation
We handles all the necessary paperwork and legal documentation required for the deployment of workers abroad. This includes visa processing, contract preparation, medical examinations, and securing clearances from relevant government agencies such as the Domestic Migrant Worker (DMW).
Pre-Deployment Orientation and Training
We provides mandatory pre-deployment orientation seminars (PDOS) and job-specific training to ensure that workers are fully prepared for their roles abroad. This may include language training, cultural orientation, and safety protocols.
